Role and Responsibilities

 

• Customer service within the branch
• Setting up of viewings and appointments and carrying out same
• Assisting with valuations and appraisals
• Brochure production, ordering signage and launching of properties to the various portals
• Filing and general compliance
• Corresponding with vendors and viewers throughout the sales process
• Updating reports for weekly and monthly meetings

 

Skill Required

 

• Previous experience within the property industry
• Must hold PSRA licence or currently studying a property related course
• Good customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
• Organised and motivated
• Full clean driving licence
• Own car essential
• Fluency in written and oral English

SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

 


• Carry out valuations, property appraisals and viewings.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors, purchasers and solicitors throughout the sales process.
• Deliver a positive customer experience to vendors, purchasers and potential clients.
• Instrumental in branch achieving its sales and new business targets.
• Manage key client relationships.
• Customer service within the branch.
• Provide sales progress and activity reports as required.
• Analyse market activities and trends.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and other branches.

 

Skill Required  

 

• SCSI Member and hold a Valuers and PSRA Licence
• Proven track record of increasing market share.
• Good knowledge of South County Dublin.
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Organised and highly motivated.
• Fluency in written and oral English.
• Full drivers’ licence and own transport.

• Plan and implement strategies for developing, growing and retaining business.
• Ensure branch achieves sales and new business targets.
• Lead, coach and motivate staff within the branch.
• Lead effective communication within the branch.
• Carry out valuations, property appraisals and viewings.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors, purchasers and solicitors throughout the sales process.
