We are currently recruiting for a Lettings and Management Negotiator to be based in our City Centre branch.

Role and Responsibilities
• Meeting with potential new landlords
• Setting up and attending viewings and appointments
• Preparing brochures and uploading to various media platforms
• Preparation of PSRA documents, leases, registering clients with RTB and transferring of services
• Arranging BER’s and necessary maintenance works
• Corresponding with clients throughout the lettings process
• Promoting and leasing with property management team
• Assisting Property Manager with the management of tenants
• Updating reports for weekly and monthly meetings
• General office house keeping

Skill Required
• 
PSRA licence or eligible for one
• Previous Lettings experience
• Good knowledge of City Centre and North Dublin areas
• Good customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel
• Organised and motivated
• Fluency in written and oral English
• Full drivers licence and own transport
